Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage payroll processing to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely payment of compensation, deductions, and benefits.
  • •Review and approve payroll runs before sign-off and handle complex cases including tax, retro, and expatriate payroll.
  • •Coordinate with HR, Finance, and vendors; drive standard work instructions and SOP adherence.
  • •Ensure daily bank reconciliations and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and governance compliance.
  • •Lead and manage the finance payroll team, and assist the Financial Controller with external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of end-to-end payroll experience, including team leadership.
  • •Strong understanding of global payroll controls and compliance with regional financial regulations and tax laws.
  • •Significant shared services experience across Finance or HR, managing multi-entity and multi-currency operations.
  • •Deep experience with SD Worx and ADP Enterprise EV6 / ADP WorkforceNow payroll processing platforms.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
