Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for SSO services under the IAM services portfolio, understanding capabilities for business/end-user/technical perspectives.
  • •Execute proof-of-concepts and assigned projects/tasks aligned to architectural standards and best practices.
  • •Deliver and manage a highly available, stable, and secure Directory Services environment, including AD and AAD testing for performance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • •Develop, test, and deploy code packages; create design packages and maintain tracking of activities for the service backlog.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot directory services, manage incident/problem lifecycle, and escalate to tier 3 support when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a computer-related field such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • •3+ years of experience developing web applications.
  • •2+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management.
  • •Experience with identity provider technologies such as Ping Federate and Okta, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • •Experience with encryption, certificates, digital signatures, and directory technologies such as LDAP and Active Directory.
