Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform business development for environmental remediation, engineering, and related services across multiple sectors.
  • •Provide leadership for technical reports, proposals, work scopes, pricing, budgets, and performance metrics for the scientific discipline.
  • •Design, oversee, mentor, and direct staff- and project-level engineers, including managing multiple projects to meet deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
  • •Drive compliance and accountability with applicable Federal, State, and Local environment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • •Serve as a liaison to external agencies, clients, subcontractors, and community entities, interpreting complex data into scientific and regulatory conclusions.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Geology, Earth Sciences or related science field.
  • •20+ years related environmental investigation/remediation and sales experience in California, including direct client account management.
  • •Consulting experience investigating and remediating contaminated soil and groundwater, including petroleum hydrocarbons, metals, chlorinated solvents, PCBs, and/or PFAS.
  • •California Professional Geologist’s License.
  • •Experience with environmental regulations such as CERCLA, RCRA, DTSC, Water Board, and CalEPA programs, including soil gas and vapor intrusion.
