Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect technical solutions in the core product that align with client needs, fix bugs, implement features, and solve the most critical problems across the platform.
  • •Partner with customers and operations to build solutions and relationships with subject-matter experts, users, managers, and executives, acting as the technical expert and clearly communicating technical aspects.
  • •Have broad organizational impact by working with sales, product management, and product engineering to ensure seamless solution implementation and provide feedback to improve products based on client needs and market trends.
  • •Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and solve real-world problems for customers in a leveraged, product-strategy-aligned way.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are accretive to long-term product vision and scale with a growing customer base.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 235,000 annually
