Work in Carvana’s Inspection Centers with state-of-the-art tools as part of the Reconditioning team. Follow safety procedures, meet production demands, and be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

•Repair vehicle dents using advanced glue-pulling techniques on steel and aluminum panels.
•Handle hail repairs and correct repair creases and body lines on affected panels.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana high-tech Inspection Centers for vehicle reconditioning.
•Work in a fast-paced production environment while sometimes exposed to heat/cold conditions.
•Be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

•Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
•Use advanced glue-pulling techniques to perform hail repair, fix repair creases and body lines, and repair larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and use safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask).
