Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee store operations during the shift, including staff management, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, and picking/packing orders
•Assist Store Supervisor in selecting staff, scheduling shifts, and coordinating routine maintenance
•Assist with ordering/store replenishment and assess inventory to issue orders based on demand planning inputs and stock checks
•Support inventory management with stock control, stock takes, and cycle counts per schedule
•Ensure accurate inbound receiving and efficient outbound picking/packing per SOP

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant
•Strong communication skills and hands-on with several tools
•Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills
•Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous
•Ability to manage store-related shrinkages and ensure hygiene, sanitation, security and safety standards
