Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee store operations during the shift, including staff management, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, and picking/packing orders
  • •Assist Store Supervisor in selecting staff, scheduling shifts, and coordinating routine maintenance
  • •Assist with ordering/store replenishment and assess inventory to issue orders based on demand planning inputs and stock checks
  • •Support inventory management with stock control, stock takes, and cycle counts per schedule
  • •Ensure accurate inbound receiving and efficient outbound picking/packing per SOP

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant
  • •Strong communication skills and hands-on with several tools
  • •Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • •Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous
  • •Ability to manage store-related shrinkages and ensure hygiene, sanitation, security and safety standards
