Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Operational Resilience program by managing a portfolio of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
  • •Serve as point of contact and SME for business resilience across business units, aligning with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
  • •Facilitate impact tolerance setting, scenario testing, and mapping of critical business services, processes, and supporting assets.
  • •Complete Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) with business continuity coordinators to ensure documented criticality aligns with RTO and RPO.
  • •Organize and coordinate business continuity planning and testing activities, including sign-offs, and maintain documentation and evidence for audits and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of work experience in Business Continuity Planning (4+ years for AVP), preferably in Financial Services.
  • •Solid knowledge of Operational Resilience, Crisis & Incident Management, and Disaster Recovery.
  • •Understanding of both business and technology resilience concepts and ability to translate between business and technical recovery language.
  • •Experience managing multiple competing priorities and advising business units as a subject matter expert (SME).
  • •Demonstrated project management skills to coordinate stakeholders and drive deliverables; strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
