Job Summary

Advise Belgian companies with mobile employees on International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI), helping clients manage health risks tied to international assignments. You will conduct market reviews, negotiate with insurers, and place or renew insurance programs, while overseeing IPMI plan administration and implementation. Provide technical expertise on global medical expense coverage and build strong client and insurer relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise clients on international medical insurance and employee mobility solutions.
•Conduct market reviews, negotiate with insurers, and place or renew insurance programs.
•Manage the implementation and administration of IPMI plans.
•Provide technical expertise on medical expense coverage, global health programs, and related benefits.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GDPR, and internal quality standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Economics, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•3-5 years of experience in Employee Benefits, Health & Benefits, international or medical insurance, or expatriate solutions with client consulting experience.
•Strong understanding of IPMI, medical and hospitalization insurance, employee benefits, international mobility, and insurance contracts.
•Client-focused approach with negotiation skills and ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
•Proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
