Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and facilitate structured problem solving sessions using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
  • •Conduct reliability studies using tools such as FMECA, Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis, and RCA.
  • •Manage, analyze, and interpret reliability data with strong data handling and IT capabilities to support decisions.
  • •Provide project management and administrative oversight to ensure initiatives meet scope and objectives.
  • •Coach and mentor team members and deliver training on reliability methods for client in-house sessions and public seminars.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a Master’s Degree in an engineering discipline or 15 years of maintenance and/or reliability experience.
  • •Demonstrate experience applying reliability methods and techniques in relevant industry contexts.
  • •Have experience with data analysis, including extracting insights from multiple data sources and summarizing conclusions.
  • •Have experience leading multi-disciplined groups to facilitate problem solving and/or process or maintenance improvement studies.
  • •Bring strong commercial acumen with experience in project leadership and execution.
