Job Summary

Lead a product team focused on modernizing the Finance ecosystem through AI-enabled automation. Own strategic outcomes by launching AI features that deliver measurable business value, designing automated workflows with LLMs, RPA, and APIs, and guiding model lifecycles with Technology and Data partners. Partner with risk and compliance to implement AI ethics and guardrails, then use AI metrics to iterate post-launch and optimize the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and launch AI product features that deliver quantifiable business value.
•Design and ship operational automation workflows that measurably reduce manual effort or system latency using LLMs, RPA, and APIs.
•Collaborate with Technology, Data, and Business teams to manage the full model lifecycle, including training data and model performance evaluation.
•Partner with risk and compliance to implement AI ethics and compliance guardrails related to privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency.
•Use AI metrics to refine features and optimize the product roadmap post-launch.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,400 - 263,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in any field and 5 years of Product Management experience.
•Proven ability to identify and launch AI features that delivered quantifiable business value.
•Experience designing and shipping automated workflows using LLMs, RPA, or APIs that reduce manual effort or latency.
•Ability to collaborate with Technology, Data, and Business teams to manage the full model lifecycle, including training data and evaluating model performance.
•Track record partnering with risk and compliance to implement AI ethics and compliance guardrails (data privacy, bias mitigation, transparency).
