Build and evolve a semantic technologies platform that creates knowledge graphs to enable interoperability and data spaces for public administrations. Work on complex technology projects, applying semantic web standards and data analytics to help clients manage, analyze, and share data more efficiently. Collaborate in international, distributed teams, using Java/Python/SQL/JavaScript plus REST APIs and Angular.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and execute complex technology projects within the Digital Government Institute.
•Develop and implement semantic technologies to generate knowledge graphs.
•Apply semantic standards (RDF/SPARQL/OWL/SHACL) to support interoperability and data spaces.
•Support data analytics and exploitation initiatives for public sector clients.
•Collaborate with international teams and engage with clients to align solutions with needs.

Key Requirements

•Experience executing complex technology projects.
•Knowledge and experience in interoperability and semantic technologies and applying them in projects.
•Strong English level to communicate fluently in writing and verbally with international teams and clients.
•High communication skills and teamwork experience in international, distributed environments, including client dialogue.
•Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent validated experience).
