Financial Services Representative

Deliver FirstBank service excellence by processing transactions accurately and efficiently, identifying customer needs, and recommending the right bank products and services through the needs discovery process. Respond to customer questions, resolve issues using established guidelines, and drive customer retention and cross-sell opportunities. Support Financial Center operations (including teller support, account maintenance, and reporting) and assist with loan applications, underwriting submission, and closing when appropriate. Build community relationships and follow safe, sound banking and security protocols.
