Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure supply continuity by following up on orders, verifying delivery, approving payment, and maintaining records.
  • •Drive timely delivery/shipment of parts from suppliers to Applied factories, resolving shipment/receiving and billing issues.
  • •Partner with suppliers on demand/supply collaboration and execute pull-ins/push-outs to meet MRP demand.
  • •Manage inventory and drive E&Z reduction efforts.
  • •Negotiate and execute purchases/RFQs to achieve the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and urgency; collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues.
