Key Responsibilities

•Develop high-speed chip interfaces and complex analog functions enabling NVIDIA GPU and SoC (Tegra) products.
•Design state-of-the-art mixed-signal circuits in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
•Partner with physical/layout engineers to floorplan and implement physical design of analog functions.
•Support debug, characterization, and product readiness through high-volume production.
•Learn and explore new technologies while applying strong analytical skills to circuit design challenges.

Key Requirements

•MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of analog design experience in industry.
•Strong understanding of analog circuit layout concepts in submicron CMOS, with silicon design flow experience from schematic through tape-out and silicon measurements.
•Experience across one or more areas such as HDMI, LVDS, DVI, MIPI PHY, DisplayPort digital links; USB; low-jitter clock synthesis (PLL); IO pads; high-speed serial links; ADC.
•Ability to communicate in spoken and written English and work effectively in a team with strong communication skills and positive energy.
•Proficiency in scripting (Perl, Python, SKILL) and experience with design/verification tools including Cadence IC design environment; HSpice, Finesim, XA; and Cadence Virtuoso with DRC/LVS debugging.
