Job Summary

Partner with Business/GTM and Engineering/Product leaders to drive org design, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers across the employee lifecycle—performance management, talent reviews, promotion calibration, engagement, retention, and employee relations. Use people analytics (attrition, eNPS, time off usage) to shape proactive, data-informed interventions, and coach ICs, leads, and managers with high-touch support.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business/GTM people managers on org design, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness; tailor people initiatives to teams.
•Lead performance management for assigned teams, including PEP, talent reviews, and promotion calibration; provide developmental feedback.
•Analyze people data (attrition, time off usage, eNPS and other indicators) to influence actions and shape team-level interventions.
•Provide high-touch coaching to ICs, leads, and senior leads; guide managers through crucial conversations and employee lifecycle events.
•Own engagement, retention, and employee relations activities, partnering with TMOD, Total Rewards, and other COEs; support talent acquisition interviews.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
•Strong background supporting Global Sales, GTM, or Tech functions in SaaS or IT Product companies.
•Proven track record across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) and coaching senior ICs and managers.
•Experience using structured, first-principles thinking to break down complex problems and drive results.
•Ability to collaborate across cross-functional groups and manage conflict constructively while communicating effectively.
