Job Summary

As Sr. Alliance Manager for Databricks, you will own the full partner development lifecycle for Rising 100 SI partners across EMEA and APJ, operating from India with no local PDC team. You’ll design joint business plans, drive Bronze-to-Silver progression, coordinate co-sell with field sales, and scale engagement programs across time zones while shaping the partner ecosystem strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Rising 100 SI partners across regions, including KPI setting, milestone tracking, and structured coaching cadences.
•Drive partner health metrics: active JBP execution, pipeline activity, certification milestones, and Partner Value Score lift.
•Own the opt-in commitment model including partner selection, goal-setting, and entry/exit criteria enforcement within the regional cohort.
•Coordinate cross-functional engagement with AEs, Solution Architects, Enablement, Legal, and Ops across time zones to co-sell and drive pipeline.
•Design and run cohort-based engagement programs to move Bronze partners toward Silver, including onboarding milestones and enablement activities.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Partner Sales or Partner Management at a top-tier technology or high-growth enterprise tech company with direct, external, partner-facing responsibility
