Project Management Manager

Lead and manage an office Project Management group responsible for delivering high-quality projects that meet time, scope, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Direct and develop a Project Management team (~8+), coach PM resources on AVI-SPL processes within the Operations Playbook, review financial metrics and change management, and serve as an escalation point. Partner with local Operations Management and the VP, Project Management, and interface with clients to ensure successful outcomes.
