Job Function: Government & Public Administration

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with policymakers across Congress and the Executive Branch on Reflection AI's priority issues, including national security, procurement, energy, infrastructure, and AI governance
•Own the full lobbying cycle: identify targets, develop the ask, schedule and execute meetings, track commitments, and follow through to outcomes
•Monitor and engage on relevant legislation, markups, and regulatory activity — providing real-time intelligence to leadership
•Develop and execute advocacy campaigns in coordination with cross functional partners
•Draft and deliver leave-behinds, one-pagers, testimony support, and other materials that make our policy positions land on the Hill

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in-house, at a firm, or in government with a clear record of influencing legislative outcomes
•Active, trusted relationships with policymakers
•Experience in technology policy strongly preferred
•Comfortable getting up to speed quickly on complex technical subject matter
•Sharp written and verbal communicator — you can distill a complex AI policy issue into a two-minute pitch or a crisp one-pager
