•Lead the sales team in following sales methodology and best practices, ensuring proper CRM usage.
•Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to Account Executives on prospecting, new client acquisition, and key account management.
•Conduct periodic business reviews covering call activity, lead follow-up, and individual performance, addressing competitive wins/losses and development opportunities.
•Assess team skill sets and provide feedback to reinforce sales methodologies and support career-path direction.
•Identify territory growth opportunities and support recruiting/interviewing activities, guiding key customer and channel partner relationship management.
