Job Summary

Lead Carvana’s fixed operations performance across multiple service centers in the East region. Own regional P&L, throughput, labor efficiency, parts performance, and customer experience while driving consistent execution through site-level GMs. Analyze KPIs, close performance gaps, standardize SOP rollout with the Implementation & Training team, and balance capacity against demand across sites. Represent regional performance, risks, and investment needs to corporate leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own regional P&L, throughput, labor efficiency, parts performance, and customer experience across all sites in the region.
•Manage and develop store-level GMs across typically 3–4 sites and hold site leaders accountable to targets.
•Review site and regional KPIs, drive action plans for off-target performance, and close gaps at underperforming sites.
•Ensure consistent SOP execution across all sites and partner with the Implementation & Training team on rollout of new processes and tools.
•Run the regional operating cadence, including weekly action planning, weekly targets reviews, and monthly forecast and actuals review.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of leadership experience in fixed operations with multi-site or regional responsibility.
•Proven track record managing P&L across multiple locations and exceeding OEM CSI, gross profit, and operational goals.
•Demonstrated success developing and managing site-level leaders.
•Strong knowledge of Stellantis systems, including DealerConnect, wiADVISOR, STAR Parts, and Mopar standards (preferred).
•Business acumen to manage regional P&L, budgets, and forecasts; willingness to travel regularly between sites within the region.
