Key Responsibilities

  • •Under the guidance of the assistant Spa Manager, maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across all spa operations, areas, and equipment-related setups.
  • •Complete morning and evening set-ups/turn-down service, including ambience elements (music, air conditioning, incense, candles, oil burners) and sufficient clean linen.
  • •Assist therapists with treatment set-up and post-treatment clearing, and support guests in changing areas with tours and amenities upon request.
  • •Attend to guests in relaxation and waiting areas, ensuring comfort, offering drinks and assistance, and escort guests to the waiting area for therapist greeting.
  • •Report guest comments/complaints, defects in spa/fitness equipment and facilities, lost-and-found items, and ensure storerooms and supplies remain stocked and clean.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are an advantage.
  • •Previous experience in 5-star resorts; ideally experience in public areas or housekeeping.
  • •Maintain a highly hygienic, detail-oriented environment and strong interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to work a lot of walking, standing, and heavy lifting, with a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • •Minimum education requirement at O level; basic computer skills including Microsoft products and database management.
