•Manage a defined portfolio of creators in CRM pipelines, prioritizing activation and growth opportunities.
•Execute structured outreach sequences and targeted follow-ups to drive engagement, meetings booked, and platform activation.
•Maintain accurate CRM hygiene by tracking touchpoints, pipeline movement, and creator status across your book of business.
•Lead 1:1 calls with creators to educate on platform value, guide activation milestones, and support early revenue generation.
•Partner with Campaigns, Lifecycle, and RevOps to align on creator opportunities and surface insights that inform strategy and improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 51,500 - 81,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience working within a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and managing a pipeline or book of business.
