•Manage project delivery to ensure quality, efficiency and strong results.
•Plan future pursuits and support work winning, including client relationship development.

Key Requirements

•A degree in Transport or Traffic Engineering and 10+ years of experience in transport and/or traffic engineering.
•Proven leadership delivering Transport Impact Assessments and Road Safety Assessments with TfNSW guideline knowledge.
•Ability to develop preliminary transport infrastructure designs (e.g., active travel and intersections) aligned with TfNSW and local/national standards.
•Strong local industry network and excellent communication skills to win work, plus mentoring junior staff.
•Experience with planning and design of transport projects in multidisciplinary settings.
