Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive APAC digital transformation roadmap across AI, automation, data, integration, and ERP domains for supply chain operations.
  • •Lead design and delivery of AI-powered supply chain solutions (e.g., demand forecasting, inventory optimization, quality inspection, logistics intelligence) and automation initiatives using RPA/process mining.
  • •Oversee supply chain data platforms, including pipelines, warehouses, and real-time dashboards; enable self-service analytics and ensure data governance, quality, and lineage.
  • •Lead ERP system implementation/enhancement/support (SAP or equivalent) and govern integration architecture across ERP, WMS, TMS, supplier portals, and external partners; modernize legacy systems and define migration strategies.
  • •Recruit, lead, and develop diverse teams; establish agile/DevOps delivery processes and govern project quality, timelines, and budgets across concurrent workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in software development or digital transformation with demonstrated leadership in supply chain or operations technology.
  • •10+ years leading sizeable development teams (~15+ people), including ERP, AI/data, and integration specialists.
  • •Solid knowledge of AI/ML platforms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker) delivering production AI solutions for supply chain use cases.
  • •Solid knowledge of ERP platforms, particularly SAP (SCM, MM, WM, PP modules) or equivalent supply chain planning and execution systems.
  • •Solid knowledge of data engineering and integration: ETL/ELT, data lakes/warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Redshift), BI tools, plus EDI and API/event-based integration.
