Job Summary

Lead workplace transformation projects for corporate clients, covering smallworks (minor refurbishment, interior fit-outs) and MAC moves, adds & changes through to handover and follow-up. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractor oversight while ensuring full compliance with QHSE standards and building regulations. Oversee FF&E inventories and circular economy practices, prepare quotations and contract variations, monitor margins, and report progress to clients and internal leadership across Germany.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate smallworks projects including minor refurbishment, interior alterations, and technical fit-outs within corporate offices.
•Manage scope, programme, budget, and quality standards; provide contractual oversight of contractors, installers, and specialist suppliers.
•Supervise on-site delivery with full compliance to QHSE standards and building regulations; proactively manage risks and scope changes.
•Manage MAC projects end-to-end for corporate relocations, workplace reconfigurations, additions, and decommissioning; act as the primary client-facing contact.
•Handle commercial and reporting needs including quotations and contract variations, margin monitoring, FF&E inventories and audits, and project reports/lessons learned.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of demonstrable project management experience in a corporate or facilities management environment.
•Proven delivery of smallworks, refurbishment, or office fit-out projects (technical or construction background).
•Advantageous experience with MAC processes including corporate moves, relocations, and decommissioning.
•Knowledge of supply chain management, contract administration, and working with contractors and trade contractors.
•Commitment to sustainability, circular economy principles, and Net Zero objectives.
