Key Responsibilities

•Advise Sales leadership on Reddit’s highest-priority commercial opportunities using data-driven insights and first-principles thinking.
•Design and evolve operating models, governance, and execution frameworks that bridge strategy to day-to-day execution.
•Build alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
•Establish success metrics and performance frameworks, refining operating models through data, experimentation, and feedback to improve seller effectiveness.
•Lead initiative workstreams (e.g., Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System) from concept through scalable execution and transition to program managers.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.

•Ability to interpret basic SQL and use modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) to generate queries.
•Proven track record leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
•Bachelor’s degree required.
