Job Summary

Build and maintain customer-facing features across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization on the Growth & Engagement team. Design, implement, and analyze experiments using feature flags, A/B testing, and analytics, and create instrumentation/event pipelines to understand customer behavior. Improve performance, reliability, accessibility, and scalability of key journeys while contributing to architecture, mentoring engineers, and refining team engineering practices to enable rapid, confident iteration.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain customer-facing features that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
•Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate feedback, product analytics, and experimentation into product decisions.
•Design, implement, and analyze experiments using feature flags, A/B testing, and analytics to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
•Build reliable instrumentation and event pipelines to help teams understand customer behavior and make informed decisions.
•Mentor teammates through technical leadership, code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing, and contribute to technical strategy and engineering practice improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer building and operating production software.
•Strong proficiency building modern web applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB (or similar).
•Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and the broader AI tooling ecosystem, with ability to learn emerging AI technologies.
•Experience designing, implementing, or analyzing product experiments using feature flags and A/B testing.
•Strong software engineering fundamentals including system design, testing, observability, and operational excellence.
