Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to determine requirements and incorporate feedback into product component designs and solutions.
  • •Translate functional requirements into system designs, communicate component interactions, and ensure alignment with timelines.
  • •Design and develop product components, lead design reviews, and create extensible, reusable code while maintaining code quality metrics and best practices.
  • •Create complex test plans, identify test gaps, address defects, and use monitoring/data analysis to spot patterns and issues across environments.
  • •Respond to incidents during on-call, troubleshoot complex distributed-system problems, and build developer tools to support programs and applications.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience (or a combination of bachelor’s/advanced degree/PhD experience as stated).
  • •Proven experience designing and executing large-scale portfolio migration strategies for mission-critical financial platforms.
  • •Strong expertise in Golang and distributed systems handling high-volume workloads.
  • •Experience building and operating data-intensive migration pipelines with performance, resiliency, and observability focus.
  • •Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, EventBridge, KMS, and Valkey.
