•Control the global budget process and deliver monthly variance analysis with communication and management reporting.
•Analyze business drivers and proactively lead ad-hoc scenario analysis to support decision-making with accurate actuals/accruals.
•Shape controlling, reporting, and insights by establishing KPI-driven dashboards and translating metrics into action steps.
•Support strategic and operational projects for growth, including business planning and forecasting.
•Evaluate growth opportunities and investments by partnering on business case standards and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for forecasting and strategy.

Key Requirements

•6–8 years of relevant work experience in Financial/Business Planning & Analysis and/or Accounting, ideally in SaaS.

•Experience with scenario analysis, including in Google Sheets.
•Knowledge of Accounting & Tax principles, supported by a university degree in Finance/Accounting.
•Structured, results-focused approach with strong ownership, plus English communication and basic conversational German as a benefit.
