Job Summary

As Portfolio Manager for Alfa Laval's decanter water portfolio, you will own market-driven strategy, drive development and lifecycle of products and services, and align with Sales, R&D, and Service to meet regulatory and customer needs. Based in Søborg (Denmark) with hybrid work options, you will lead cross-functional teams, translate market insights into actionable roadmaps, and ensure successful market introduction and ongoing portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Market-Driven Portfolio Ownership: Translate market and customer demand into a competitive, customer-focused portfolio while supporting its strategic direction, ongoing maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
•Portfolio Roadmap Leadership: Develop and manage the portfolio roadmap with main stakeholders, prioritizing new product development, existing product development, and technology projects as well as phase-out of selected models.
•Lifecycle Oversight: Execute the roadmap by managing the full lifecycle of products and services, addressing market regulatory and operational changes to maintain relevance.
•Collaborative Development: Partner with stakeholders to ensure the portfolio’s application fit and strategic alignment across units.
•Market Readiness and Introduction: Ensure portfolio readiness and support successful market implementation.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•In-depth knowledge of decanter mechanics and operational processes is essential.
•A technical degree (technical field) is preferred and a willingness to work in a commercial/business-driven context.
