Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive structural test coverage simulation and analysis from AOI, AXI, to ICT.
  • •Optimize the structural test plan to find SMT, PCB, and component issues earlier.
  • •Develop test strategies for new product features, including identification, specification, and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment, and diagnostic software.
  • •Debug complex hardware and software issues during build phases and contribute to automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure.
  • •Coordinate test fixtures and platform automation with suppliers, CMs, and global teams, providing DFM/ICT guidance.

Salary: USD 142,800 - 244,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing and implementing DFT structural test methodologies, including test planning, pattern conversion, and characterization/debug.
  • •Proficiency with Unix/Linux environments and scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Ruby, shell) and/or Python.
  • •Knowledge of at-speed testing, test insertion, coverage assessment, fault simulation/debug, and test pattern development.
  • •Familiarity with IEEE standards such as 1500, 1149.1, 1687, and 1838, including JTAG IEEE 1149.1 specifications.
  • •Strong hardware/software debugging experience across device, manufacturing, and build phases; understanding of ICT capability, HW design requirements, and board debug capabilities.
