Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in requirements grooming and solution design, breaking down tasks and driving end-to-end delivery.
  • •Build and maintain Python backend services/APIs with logging, monitoring, error handling, and security.
  • •Develop and improve AI Agents (orchestration, tools, retrieval, guardrails) and integrate them into business workflows.
  • •Ensure solutions are testable and maintainable by writing unit/integration tests and contributing to code reviews.
  • •Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve performance, stability, and user experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong Python development experience using FastAPI or a similar web framework.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating LLM/AI Agent capabilities into applications (agent workflows, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluation).
  • •Solid CS fundamentals including HTTP/networking, OOP, and design principles.
  • •Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • •Experience with RAG (vector databases, embeddings), prompt/version management, and agent safety/guardrails (preferred).
