Job Summary

Own end-to-end recruiting strategy for complex R&D (Product & Technology) roles, partnering with engineering and product leadership across NAMER and LATAM. Use market analytics, talent intelligence, and internal data to model scenarios, advise leaders on success profiles and sourcing strategies, and align interview panels for equitable, high-signal hiring. Lead and scale technical recruiting programs, mentor peers, and leverage AI and recruiting tools to continuously raise hiring quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as an expert talent advisor and strategic thought partner to engineering and product leadership, translating business goals into forward-looking workforce strategies.
•Use market analytics and internal data to model talent scenarios, coach leaders on hiring practices, and adjust search strategies based on market realities.
•Independently own end-to-end recruitment for complex, high-stakes R&D searches, sourcing, recruiting, and negotiating offers including equity.
•Design and scale regional and global engineering recruiting programs, build structured interview frameworks, and improve candidate experience by removing process friction.
•Partner with VP-level R&D leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams, leveraging AI and recruiting technology to improve hiring quality.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 141,520 - 208,000 annually

•Deep full-cycle technical recruiting experience hiring for software/ML/AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering management in tech or tech-adjacent environments.
•Proven ability interfacing with and influencing VP+ executives and HRBPs across cross-functional leadership teams.
•Strong communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills to close in-demand talent and manage complex offer packages, including equity.
•Leadership capability mentoring recruiters and leading cross-functional talent initiatives through holistic search strategy.
•Expertise in data modeling and analytics, external market mapping, and using ATS/CRM platforms and AI recruiting tools to manage candidate journeys.
