Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and inspect shipments by unloading deliveries, verifying contents against purchase orders, and ensuring required processes are met.
  • •Verify part details such as MPN and serial number validity, and check TAA compliance and certificates of conformity (CoC).
  • •Pick and package work orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are correctly identified, labeled, documented, and shipped.
  • •Manage inventory using Excel and warehouse management systems, including cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies; support improvements to material workflows.
  • •Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized warehouse by following safety and operational protocols and collaborating with teams to resolve receiving issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
  • •Experience as a warehouse or logistics coordinator (or equivalent).
  • •Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
  • •Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or warehouse management/inventory control tools; experience with SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
  • •Familiar with Microsoft Office and previous knowledge of bar coding; manual handling training (and Supply Chain/CPIM) is preferred.
