Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining an organized, energized sales floor.
