Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary operational anchor across a portfolio of corporate communications accounts, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • •Oversee the full lifecycle of complex communications projects by defining project plans, milestones, and scope guidelines.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional account teams, specialist units, and external vendors to streamline workflows and track progress.
  • •Monitor resource allocation and account traffic, anticipate operational bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.
  • •Facilitate transparent communication between internal agency teams and client stakeholders, including milestone and status updates, and support budget tracking and financial reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven project management experience in a PR, strategic communications, or creative agency environment.
  • •3-5 years of progressive experience in communications project management or integrated account operations, preferably supporting corporate clients.
  • •Strong operational understanding of corporate communications, media relations campaigns, content production, and event execution workflows.
  • •Expertise with project management tools and methodologies to run complex, high-volume work.
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
