Service Controls Technician

Test, commission, and service HVAC-related equipment on assigned projects, including downloading programming, starting up systems, and completing end-to-end checks. Serve as the direct customer contact to diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations and ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to plan on-site installations and repairs, while using software/technology and hand tools to troubleshoot and fix units. Enforce safety standards, maintain asset accountability, and mentor team members.
