Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, mentoring, guidance, and vision to engineering groups delivering secure code and continuous flow of artifacts.
  • •Set expectations and goals for people reporting to you; evaluate and manage KPIs and accountability.
  • •Champion AI across the engineering lifecycle, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, code generation, and productivity-enhancing workflows.
  • •Oversee design, development, and maintenance of machine learning models and solutions for dispute management, translating business challenges into measurable ML metrics.
  • •Own and guide end-to-end delivery: Agile practices, test environments, CI/CD, deployment, troubleshooting, and integration with infrastructure/support teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree (or 4+ years with a PhD).
  • •Experience designing, developing, and managing complex, enterprise-class mission-critical global application systems (12+ years with a Bachelor’s or 10+ years with an M.S.).
  • •5+ years leading engineering teams responsible for enterprise-scale software delivery in an AI-enabled ecosystem.
  • •Strong technical foundation in Java and modern backend engineering, including microservices, APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • •Hands-on CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, release management, observability, incident response, and production support for mission-critical platforms.
