Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day execution, annual strategy, and iteration of a program within Product College across the learner journey.
  • •Manage stakeholder and speaker integration, including briefing executive product speakers, SMEs, and facilitators into the curriculum.
  • •Analyze pre- and post-session surveys and run retrospectives to measure impact and drive data-backed curriculum enhancements.
  • •Maintain operations and budget integrity, including vendor relationships, learner data tracking, and coordination of virtual and in-person logistics across locations.
  • •Act as host/producer for live learning sessions (e.g., facilitator preparedness, Zoom recordings, attendance tracking, and materials archiving) and manage program communications via Slack and email.

Salary: USD 98,900 - 124,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in learning and development.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in program or project management (or a combination).
  • •At least 1 year of consulting experience.
  • •Preferred: 3+ years in learning and development and 2+ years each in program/project management and consulting, plus a process or project management certification.
