•Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain and support existing customers.
•Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
•Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the protocol prescribed by the Oncologist.
•Educate medical professionals on tools and resources that Natera provides to facilitate test order management.
•Be a key team player within the sales organization by partnering with internal stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for patients and providers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
•Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing background acceptable.
•Thrives in ambiguous environments with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
•Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills; ability to present to internal and external customers.
•Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail; comfortable interpreting data spreadsheets.
