Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native, building scalable and reusable components.
  • •Own complex technical problems across the React Native application stack and evaluate/adopt libraries and architectural patterns as the platform evolves.
  • •Drive performance improvements across rendering, startup time, memory usage, responsiveness, and application stability, including optimizing render cycles and large UI lists.
  • •Debug complex production and development issues across the mobile stack and write/maintain comprehensive test cases to ensure quality and release reliability.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, Backend, and other engineering teams to define technical designs and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to raise the mobile technical bar.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of professional experience in software, frontend, or mobile engineering.
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience building production applications with React Native.
  • •Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with solid React Native fundamentals.
  • •Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
  • •Experience troubleshooting complex React Native issues across JavaScript and native layers, including libraries such as FlashList, React Native Reanimated, React Native Gesture Handler, and Expo.
