Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and send requests for proposals to insurance carriers and track results in spreadsheets.
  • •Review contracts, benefit plan summaries, and carrier source documents for accuracy.
  • •Maintain client files and support client policy records while answering client and carrier questions (e.g., ID cards, claims, billing).
  • •Assist with proposal/review, analyze insurance plan analyses, and support carrier negotiations and renewal actions.
