Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain professional relationships with retail tenants and coordinate operational and administrative requirements.
  • •Address tenant complaints, queries, and operational challenges to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • •Monitor tenant compliance with lease requirements, retail asset policies, HSE standards, fire and life-safety requirements, and relevant government regulations.
  • •Conduct routine inspections of tenant premises and coordinate with operations and technical teams to escalate and resolve maintenance and safety concerns.
  • •Maintain tenant records and coordinate tenant processes (correspondence, notices, memos, concession requests, and variation requests) while tracking and updating data using systems such as Yardi and POS.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 4 years of experience in retail, real estate management, mall operations, tenant relations, leasing, or customer experience.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory).
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with tenants and internal stakeholders.
  • •Excellent influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities, including staying solution-focused during difficult conversations.
  • •Previous Middle East experience would be an advantage.
