Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate routing and SD-WAN capabilities into customer value with support from experienced team members.
  • •Research routing/SD-WAN use cases, customer needs, and competitive offerings; summarize findings for product and marketing teams.
  • •Create technical collateral including presentations, solution briefs, FAQs, enablement materials, and demonstration scripts.
  • •Support labs and demonstrations by documenting topologies, configuration steps, test results, and customer scenarios.
  • •Assist product launches by organizing feature descriptions, use cases, proof points, and field feedback; gather and organize feedback to improve messaging and requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree completed within the past 3 years or expected within the next 12 months.
  • •Relevant education/work experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networking, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • •Foundational understanding of IP networking (IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, Ethernet, routing, WAN connectivity, basic routing protocols) and interest in SD-WAN concepts (underlay/overlay, centralized policy, application-aware path selection, tunnels, segmentation).
  • •Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, organize work across teams, and legally live and work in the country for which you are applying without visa support or sponsorship.
  • •Scripting/programming experience is preferred, including development on platforms like GitHub (preferred).
