Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute sourcing strategies with electrical North America category suppliers and Eaton plants to improve resiliency and reduce costs.
  • •Negotiate and manage supplier contracts in line with NA business practices and EIIL contracting guidelines.
  • •Drive key category metrics (cost out, resiliency, working capital, contracted spend, diversity, DPPM) toward optimal conditions.
  • •Review economic and market trends to recommend sourcing strategies and supplier lead-time changes.
  • •Maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships and ensure quality and delivery performance.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 4 years of procurement or program management experience.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Candidates must be located within a 50 mile radius of an Eaton site.
  • •Preferred: MBA and experience in carbon sheet steel, stampings, sheet metal fabrication, and/or turned parts category management.
