Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the production of coordinated Structures designs through all design stages and deliver high-quality design outputs.
  • •Present design outputs clearly and precisely, supporting clients’ procurement via tender/reference design deliverables.
  • •Manage interfaces of Structures design with wider multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants.
  • •Provide technical focus on reports, drawings, and specifications to required regulations and quality standards.
  • •Own and manage scope delivery to budget and programme; manage project risk and lead coordination meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience working on metro schemes and station design, ideally including sub-surface metros.
  • •Proven track record of delivering designs from concept/preliminary stage to tender/reference design.
  • •Ability to proactively manage requirements and risks and influence others to deliver successfully.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, communicating effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • •Preferred Chartered status with a relevant globally recognised professional institution.
