Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architecture, design, and development of screening software capabilities supporting customer fleet health initiatives.
  • •Define technical direction and roadmaps for cloud-scale telemetry, health monitoring, quality screening, and diagnostics solutions.
  • •Design scalable software platforms for fleet operations, deployment readiness, reliability analytics, and quality initiatives.
  • •Drive cross-functional execution across architecture, platform validation, manufacturing, and customer engineering teams.
  • •Analyze large-scale telemetry and reliability/quality datasets, perform root-cause investigations, and mentor engineers across fleet monitoring, diagnostics, telemetry, and platform health.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of software development experience, including C/C++ development and debugging, and experience with Python.
  • •Linux software development experience.
  • •3+ years designing and scaling distributed applications or cloud infrastructure, including leading software architecture, technical strategy, and cross-functional engineering efforts.
  • •Unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico and advanced English proficiency.
