Key Responsibilities

  • •Address production test redlights and perform product failure analysis and troubleshooting for test-related failures.
  • •Diagnose and resolve tester-related issues, including troubleshooting at the circuit board component level, to ensure timely equipment resolution.
  • •Support test data collection, analysis, and yield improvement.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for test equipment and test stations.
  • •Maintain manufacturing procedures and documentation, including risk assessments, Lockout/Tagout, safe work procedures, equipment safety requirements, and calibration coordination/records.

Key Requirements

  • •Operate common lab test equipment such as multi-meter, power supplies, and oscilloscope.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures up to the circuit board component level and resolve tester-related issues.
  • •Understand subassembly and circuit board functional testing processes.
  • •Programming/automation skills, PLC, and Power BI knowledge are an added advantage.
  • •Soldering skills are advantageous; preferred diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering and 3 years of related manufacturing experience.
