Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct eye examinations and vision assessments, diagnose vision problems, and prescribe corrective lenses and contact lenses.
  • •Perform contact lens fitting and provide appropriate eye-care guidance while maintaining accurate patient records and clinical standards.
  • •Understand customers’ vision and lifestyle needs, recommend suitable optical lenses and contact lenses, and provide excellent customer service.
  • •Follow up with customers within three days after eye examinations and support customer retention and sales growth.
  • •Monitor contact lens stock and expiries, place and follow up on contact lens orders, and support optometry equipment maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or recognized qualification in Optometry.
  • •At least 2 years of optometrist experience; UAE experience preferred.
  • •Valid Optometrist license or eligibility letter from MOH, DHA, or DOH.
  • •Strong clinical, communication, and customer service skills.
  • •Good knowledge of optical lenses and contact lens fitting with a customer-focused, sales-oriented approach.
