Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the industrialization plan and KPIs (OTD, FTR), including cost assessment.
  • •Participate in the Master Production Schedule, capacity/workload, and priority arbitration.
  • •Manage risk, identify critical paths, and define what-if scenarios; support manufacturing readiness reviews (MRR).
  • •Ensure alignment between engineering definitions and manufacturing capabilities; support supplier qualification and industrial audits.
  • •Monitor production progress and performance, handle manufacturing non-conformities and acceptance matrices, and support compliance demonstrations and certification documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in turbofan propulsion, aerospace, or other complex engineered systems.
  • •Solid understanding of turbofan architectures, subsystem integration constraints, performance drivers, and technology interfaces.
  • •Experience in manufacturing and production, MPIs, and validation/qualification activities.
  • •Knowledge of AS9100, production systems, and industrial quality.
  • •Agile/Lean methodology knowledge and experience (Green-Belt/Black-Belt).
